A couple months ago my husband and I were walking through historic Palmetto, near my studio/gallery, and I started taking note of the houses around the area. I prepared a bunch of 6x6' panels and decided I would start a series of paintings depicting some of the quaint old houses with their inviting front porches. After posting a few of them to my Instagram page I received several inquiries from Palmetto residents to paint their houses. The above pieces are the resulting commissions. Below is the start to my on-going series of of little "Palmetto Porches."
