Day #23 of my Daily Painting Challenge found me hanging out in the shade with a couple of cows again. Was working on simplifying their shapes in this one, as I have a tendency to get lost in the details sometimes. Must come from 20+ years of trompe l'oeil mural painting. Anyway, I'm enjoying these pastoral scenes, a departure from my beach paintings.
