I know my friends up north are dealing with a monster snow storm this weekend and feel no sympathy whatsoever for us Floridians at the moment, but with temps down here in the 40's we are suffering in our own way! Much too windy and cold to go outside,  I had to make do with some porch-plein air painting this morning. Rough life, I know.

Nocturne painting done at the Ft. Desoto Pier in St. Pete during Jason Sacran's workshop last week. We were awakened at 3am later that night to the tornado warning alarms going off on our cell phones. Quite an intense storm, fortunately there was no damage where we were. But now you now the story behind the title!
